  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and price tags are intact to facilitate a smooth inspection process.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or the exchange item will be shipped.
